Support for people taking medicine for weight, diabetes or heart health
If you take, or are about to start, a GLP-1 or a similar medicine, you can get one-on-one help from a clinical care team. It's voluntary, confidential and paid for by Lowe's, for employees who meet the eligibility requirements when they join and while they take part.
Refill help, side-effect support and reminders
A named care coach and a supervising clinician
Your employer sees group totals only, never your health details
Does it cost me anything? The program itself, including coaching and support, is paid for by Lowe's. Your medicine follows your health plan, so you may still have a copay. We'll tell you your cost before your first fill and help you find lower-cost options.
Who can join? Employees who meet Lowe's's eligibility requirements. We confirm eligibility when you sign up and check it again over time.
Will my employer know I'm taking a GLP-1? No. Your employer only sees totals for groups of 11 or more, never names or health details.
What if I want to stop? You can leave at any time, in the app or by phone. It doesn't affect your job or your other benefits.
Do I have to change my doctor or plan? No. We work alongside your doctor and your health plan.
Who sees my information? Only your PayRx care team.
